Empowerment Through Dance encourages creative fluency through reflective movement and dance, which helps people, of all ages and varying skill levels, find new ways of moving through the world. Classes promote, individual expression, collective interplay along with introductory technical development. Participants push beyond movement, rhythm, beat, structural and invisible barriers to challenge perceptions and tensions in our everyday lives.

Empowerment Through Dance participants are exposed to diverse music and dance styles including, African, Latin, modern, Jazz, and Hip-Hop.
