SpiritHouse Community Cupboard

The SpiritHouse Community Cupboard provides nutritional support to families, children and elders, in Durham NC. :

  ·  Snacks for youth programs
  ·  Hot meals for low-income and elderly communities
  ·  Supplemental food bags
  ·  Simple nutritional suggestions for healthier living (i.e. Rinse canned vegetables to reduces sodium).

In the spirit of "Passing It On," youth program participants, benefiting from the Community Cupboard are encouraged to volunteer with the program.

Program Collaborates: - The Food Bank of NC, Training for Success, Nile Valley Children's School, Rites Of Passage of Durham, New Beginnings Fellowship.
